UPGRADE AND OPTIONS
In addition to these Standard Guidelines, there are many upgrade options available.
Note: Homes sold through independent authorized builders are registered and warranted by the builder, not Green Terra Homes.
99% of our homes are owner builder DIY homes, whereby the lot owner purchases a CSA certified home from our factory and contracts out for all other onsite services such as foundations, onsite services and permits on their own. We do offer turnkey project management services whereby we are able to act as your subcontractor to assist you in management of your build subcontracting with third party trades for onsite work on your behalf.
Our factory warranty program is 3-5 times longer than a Tarion Warranty, you may however contact Tarion Corporation directly in order to obtain a home warranty program (7 years) from Tarion.
When asked to provide management services for a Turnkey Home / Structure, we turn to the use of an independent third party for the management of your onsite third party services, we sub all contract work to Green Terra Construction who has been a proud member of Tarion since 2014.
At Green Terra Homes we not only take pride in building high quality homes, we also back our home owners with superior service long after they move in. Please refer to your sales agreement for the specific warranty coverage on your home.
